Banner Birthday

I got sick yet again Friday night.  It really has been a tough winter.  Fortunately this was over and done with within 24 hours, but it still set me back from what I wanted to get accomplished.  Stamping some birthday cards was something that suffered.  We had a party on Sunday and I needed a card so it had to be quick.  I was cruising some rubber stamping blogs and came across a really cute card that was simple but had cute elements to it.  It was a case of a case and when I went wading through all the links to try to find the originator, the page no longer existed!

I changed it up by using Brushed Gold Card stock as my base, stamping the sentiment in Cherry Cobbler ink on Very Vanilla and punching the hearts out of Red Glimmer paper.  I thought the hearts were appropriate for the birthday girl who's birthday was the day after Valentine's Day!

Added rhinestones to each heart and added it to banners, made using the Hearts A Flutter framelit die.  I rolled the top ends of each banner around my paper piercer to curl it and attached them to Cherry Cobbler Bakers' Twine.  Really simple with a cute "bling" factor to it!
